With the start of a new astrological year, GBY will be offering a monthly Full Moon Aerial Float & Gong Bath! Each session will focus on the unique frequencies of the moon in its current zodiac. No prior yoga or meditation experience required to attend these events, only an open mind and heart! Each session will include super simple movements while laying in the silk hammock (to allow the body to unwind and settle), breath-work, and guided visualizations with the gong and singing bowls.
