Join us Wednesday evening for Yoga, Beer & Bingo at Trap Rock Brewing Co. in St Croix Falls, WI! This event includes a 45 minutes All Levels Yoga class followed by Bingo and brews with good folks! There will be handful of prizes from Trap Rock Brewing Co. and Great Blue Yoga.

One beer of choice (or root beer) is included with your ticket. Bring your own yoga mat and additional props will be provided to support all body types (blocks & blankets). Space is limited, pre-register and save today!

This class is designed to help build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance. Learn to breathe deeper, move mindfully and feel better in your body. Keep it simple, have fun and enjoy a brew afterwards with like-minded folks!
