Restorative Aerial Yoga is designed to lower stress, decompress and release stuck energy in the body/mind all while using the assist of the silk hammock. Clients will transition through restorative movements, deep stretches, calming breath-work, myofascial release techniques, and a guided meditation in a cocoon with singing bowls. The silk is set low to the ground. There will be no standing transitions or inversions. Great option for beginners, elevate your practice with us!
