Yoga & Essential Oils Series
This class series is designed to share simple practices through yoga paired with essential oils to help support the needs of your daily life to bring you back to balance physically, mentally and emotionally. All levels of experience welcome.
Part 3- Relax & Restore:
Today we live in a world constantly active, full of to-do lists, and an obsession with "accomplishing more." We are constantly overloaded with massive amounts of information and stimuli through technology that triggers our sympathetic nervous system, also known as "flight, fight or freeze" response. This class will focus on engaging the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as our "rest and digest" response. Restorative yoga is a series of poses designed to completely support the body in stillness to assist deep relaxation, healing, and rest. This practice enhances the body's natural healing abilities to restore more efficiently and dissolves the residue of everyday stress. The essential oils paired with this practice are chosen specifically for their calming, grounding and stress-relieving properties.
DATES: Sundays; October 14, November 11 & December 9
TIMES: 5:00-6:30 pm
LOCATION: Intermediate School

FEE: $50 for the three-class series or $20 per class if space is available. Register for the series and receive a complimentary aromatherapy diffuser necklace.
Meet the Founder of The Tale of Two Oilers
Hi my name is Stephanie and I’m a passionate oiler who strives to empower others in making healthier choices. I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls, Hannah (11) Hazel (19 months) and soon to be the wife of Travis. In today’s world raising a family based around chemical free living can seem as an impossible task, even on a good day. This lifestyle no doubt has it’s challenges, but it’s a life by design that allows you to take ownership of your health by simplicity. For example I have been able to, in one sweep, eliminate my home of all toxic cleaning chemicals with a cheaper, all purpose cleaner that will not only work on all surfaces of you home but, it’s safe for kids and pets.
