Slow down and give yourself the permission to fully arrive physically, mentally & emotionally into Fall. This event will start with a 45 minute gentle yoga practice under the trees, followed by a relaxing guided sound bath & finishes with a fire ritual. Please bring an offering for the fire that represents your summer (examples a stick, a letter you wrote to yourself/someone else, a journal, food, dried flowers, etc.) What are you ready to release to
