First class of summer!
This isn’t about achieving the perfect body or pose, it’s about building resilience in your nervous system. Co-regulation is the antidote to an artificial and disconnected world. We will explore what it means to build resilience and capacity through movement, breath and intention. This class includes yoga, mat Pilates, somatic movements and self-bodywork.
No performance. No comparison. Just a group of humans who want to feel better in their bodies and connect intentionally. Come as you are, wiggle and exhale on the earth in community!
Complimentary Cold Plunge + Mocktails: In honor of our first gathering, Alyssa will also be guiding cold plunges for folks ready to reduce inflammation and build resilience in their nervous systems. Don’t forget a change of clothes and towel if you’re plunging!
Location: Alyssa’s Home in Amery, WI (address shared with pre-registered students)
What to bring: outdoor yoga mat or blanket + water bottle
If you’re staying for the cold plunge please remember to bring a change of clothes and towel.
Weather update: If the weather is not compatible for an outdoor class, we will move our session to the pole shed with the garage doors open so we can see the storm while we practice!
