Release & Restore: Holiday Reset
Pure Barre December Workshop
A gentle, grounding reset for your body and nervous system. We’ll use massage balls and mindful mobility to soften tension, release stress, and support recovery as a complement to your barre practice. Together, we’ll roll through key muscle groups to improve fascial hydration, joint mobility, and postural balance.
Class closes with a deeply relaxing sound bath to support nervous system restoration and integration. The perfect pause before moving deeper into the holiday season.

Contraindications: This workshop is generally gentle and adaptable, however certain conditions may require modifications or may not be appropriate for this type of work. Please avoid or consult your doctor before attending if you are currently experiencing:
Recent injury, surgery, or significant inflammation
Severe or unexplained pain that has not been assessed by a professional
Active infection, fever, or illness
Unregulated high or low blood pressure
Severe osteoporosis or conditions affecting bone fragility
Advanced disc herniation or nerve compression symptoms (numbness, loss of strength, radiating pain)
Pregnancy at any stage
Please come hydrated, and plan to relax afterwards with additional protein and hydration. All levels are welcome.
